Kava Elixir Straight Up
With Micronized Kava, straight up mixed with water is still the best and fastest way with the best effects. Every kava has different flavor profiles. I like it straight up and like to taste the flavor of the kava. It also brings back great Pacific Island memories. Mixing with foods will reduce the impact and longevity of the experience. I will generally add it to my protein shake every other day.

Kava Chaser
If you don't like the earthy taste of Kava you can always chase it with a good fruit juice, such as pineapple, lime, watermelon, lemon, guava or mango. Or you can just add it to your juice. It's always good to try your kava plain before modifying it in any way, each kava has a different taste.
