SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How much is postage? 

Amazon provides our shipping services.  You will find postage related costs at checkout.

We cannot ship to countries outside of the United States when ordering through our US website.  We do not have sites outside of the US.

Who is your delivery provider?

Amazon delivers all orders. We will send an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.  For custom large bulk orders we will use UPS or USPS as these will be fulfilled by TuiKava and not Amazon.  For custom large orders you should use Contact Us on the website.

Where do you ship from? 

We ship from Amazon warehouse locations.

How long does it take to process my order? 

Amazon delivery is 7 days a week.  Deliveries may be impacted by weather conditions or business interruptions.

What are your delivery times? 

Most orders typically arrive 2-5 days after shipping. This is dependent on weather and Amazon delays.

Tui Kava does not accept responsibility for any delays in shipments, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required. However, you may return them at your cost if product has not been opened or damaged.
